Shipping Policy
We aim to pack and ship all orders within 3–5 business days from the time your order is placed. Once your order leaves our hands, delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and destination.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are marked as “delivered” by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before checking out—we cannot reroute packages once they’ve shipped.
As a small, family-owned and operated business, we do our best to get your order out quickly and accurately. If your item arrives damaged or something seems off, please reach out within 7 days of delivery so we can help, in accordance with California consumer protection laws.
