Sizing and Care:

We recommend for all items to be washed in cold water and hang dried. If you have any additional questions about how to care for your items, please send us a detailed email.

Processing, Cancellations, and Refunds

How long will it take my order to ship?

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and an additional 5-7 business days for delivery. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

We process and ship orders M-F to get you your order as soon as possible.

Should you require further assistance or need to alter your order information, please email us with your order # and inquiry.

No cancellations or refunds after order submission. All sales are final.

Shipping and Delivery

Which shipping carrier do you use?

Typically, all domestic orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. International orders ship DHL.

All orders receive a tracking number which can be used to stay up to date with your delivery information.

Once an item is shipped we are unable to intercept a package or change the mailing address as we can and will only ship the address originally provided during check out.

We are not responsible for any stolen, lost, or damaged packages.
